THE GOOD NEWS: I won't bother w/this Facebook crap for (according to "Dora, Client Ops') 2 weeks.
THE BAD NEWS: Now I actually have to write about something instead of talking smack about Facebook.

In recent months, my Facebook account got too "out of hand" and was becoming "less fun" and kinda hard to manage. When followers of a few group-pages in which I share Admin-duties followed my personal page, there were just too many people.
See, the most fun for me in Facebook is flipping into the "feed" and seeing what everyone's been posting and sharing and doing over the last days.
I used to be able to flip through all those updates in a few minutes. But now there are both too many posts from people I don't know (which also don't make any sense to me) *and* there are many on which I wanted to comment or share on my personal page, but it turns into a process taking an hour or more if I only check my feed once per day, SO:
The answer: create this blog, create a page for it on Facebook, then MERGE my "old" personal page into that page (so there's TWO pages) ... then, after those two pages are merged ... I also want to have my own personal page (again) for just family and friends.
SO RIGHT NOW: There are THREE pages for "John Musser." Two of them will combine into one (or so says "Dora, Client Ops" and then I'll have two - a "public page" which is connected to this blog and my personal page. Two pages. Easy enough?
No. I dont want to get into the whole stitshorm that arose from me asking Facebook to help me do this, I just wanted to answer the many of you who've IM'ed me asking "What's with all the 'John Mussers' all of a sudden?"
