... I have come to the conclusion that the above cartoon depicts the average "Headhunter" or job recruiter.

Employers contract out to individuals the job of "finding people."  It doesn't cost them anything at all, maybe a small fee.  The headhunter's pay comes from a percentage of the pay from anyone they successfully hire.   And they SPAM people via jobsearch sites.  People like me.

And it's annoying as hell.  

But I continue to weed thru "emails from 'people'" claiming to have found my resume and stating they think they have found a job for which I am suitable.  So far:  they're all wrong.

But I will give them another month before I use guerilla tactics.
